Service was good. Tammy was very helpful as well. She helped me to check in the vehicle as Chris was out for lunch. I saw Chris later and he helped me to get a ride home.

Not sure where to even start. When I brought my vehicle in, Le advised that the fix would not be covered under warranty. He submitted a goodwill request, got the wrong parts approved by Lexus and advised me that I would pay for labor. He sent me a quote for 8500 dollars in wrong parts covered and 610 for labor. He failed at his job, told me that radio unit had to be replaced along with the temperature unit together. Failed to disclose that the radio unit did not need to be replaced. When I asked him about it, specifically asked to requote a goodwill with correct parts. He refused to help me further. Worst service I have experienced.

Fred was great. Well spoken, professional and very helpful in explaining everything. He hooked me right up with Calvin so I could shuttle to the metro and then to work in DC. I received timely notifications on my cell with everything inspected for the visit and when my car was done. I also wanted to compliment Calvin and Eugene as my drivers. They were great to talk to and also very friendly. And, I was very impressed they've been there for 16 and 30 years since I asked them both. Just an all around professional and pleasant experience especially for something I was dreading doing during the week. Oh and your snack area rocks and the bagel was 20 times fresher than the hard ones we have in my government cafeteria. ;)

$2800 later my car is not fixed. On drive home from Lindsay Lexus the ac could not be turned of and the check system warning light came back on.

Service at Lindsay Lexus is always awesome. Tammy Simone is courteous and efficient. She calls or emails and always explains what needs to be done on my car. Always pleasant. I do think it takes the valet group too long to bring me a loaner. But that isn't on Tammy

I would like to thank Chris Pryor for his outstanding customer service. I have been a Lexus owner since 1999.
