Never met Jay. Saw two other service persons. Call but no message when car was ready (requested). I'm not sure I will return to Lindsay for service unless I can find a satisfactory service person. I have had service only at Lindsay for 14 years--first two with Charlie then 12 with Laramie. Both were excellent. Today was quite below the standard I have been accustomed to.
