I don't like the way Oliver talk to me I'm a Asian but I'm not ignorant.
Paid for you guys to fix my sync, bluetooh did work but media still not working but the guy who was helping me wanted to send me home cause said that I was all set and you guys fix one issue which is not right cause I paid for you guys to fix the whole Sync not just the bluetooth! But I waited more than 30mns and I don’t know who he talked to went back to my car Sync now was working like I wanted! But still not halpy with the service
It took us 5 hours to get our car and we were expecting it to be way less! Otherwise it would have been great!.

Everyone was very nice and professional, but I felt that I had to wait a long while to find out the status of my car. I came in at 10:30, and when I checked with concierge at noon, Michael was at lunch. I wondered if I could have been told the status of my repair before he left. He was back about 12:30 and I learned that car would need to stay overnight. I waited another 20 mins for rental car to pick me up, then waited another 30 mins at Enteprise. I did not get home til 2pm
I am not soured by the experience but want to offer a couple suggestions. Most important would have been to let me know soon as possible if waiting was not possible. I would have also opted for a ride home instead of the car rental which may have saved your company an extra expense. I knew I might wait an hour before getting a status but close to 2 hours seems long. Especially when it is lunchtime. On a more positive note you were able to do the Md inspection overnight which saved me time. Thank you...and I liked working with Michael...just the long wait without notice was frustrating.
The service took entirely too long. I was told by email to my phone I left at home, which I told the representative. He did not call me on the other phone provided. He said he texted me, but used wrong phone #. We did not get message. I came back at 11:30 to ask if was finished. He said he would check, never came to waiting area to let me know. It was after 12:30 p.m., had not been informed. I went again to check, the car still wasn't ready until 12:48 p.m.
I so appreciate the service I get from Jonas. He always remembers and greets me by name. And most recently, I had an out of the blue issue with my explorer and Jonas was able to get it done on quick turnaround. I always feel like I’m a priority even though I know he has other customers. Jonas is awesome.

No need to contact me. Your website led me to believe you has a certain tire in stock and you didn’t. I feel scammed out of 50-70 dollars because I needed it then. Also, didn’t ask for an inspection nor recommendations for unnecessary repairs. I told them I had a 7 year all inclusive warranty and only wanted a tire changed. Instead, I sat there with a baby for an hour longer than necessary just so you could try to upsell me unneeded work. I will never use your service center or buy cars from your dealership in the future.
