After spending $1,871 on repairs on brakes and transmission on June 7th, I have to bring in my car for the same issue. Wasn’t fixed. Still have grinding noises when you hit the brakes. COMPLETELY UNSATIFIED WITH THE SERVICE. Not the first time I had to bring it back. I will call soon for the Warranty work repair. Sergio B

Cover behind rear speakers in trunk was not put back in place after service on speakers. At least one fastener was missing.

Oliver has always been honest about what services.are immediately needed for the safety operation of my vehicle. As always, I was courteously greeted and knew Oliver would take care of my vehicle promptly. But today, there would be one less item on my “to do list”. I mentioned to Oliver that I would be going out of town, and he had my truck washed and cleaned! I was so delighted with his thoughtfulness! I was hoping that I would be able share my happiness with Lindsy Ford executives. Job Well done Oliver!

I have been a customer of Lindsay Ford for over 10 years. I am sorry to say I was very, very disappointed this time in the service. Indeed, as a result of my frustration, I am now driving my vehicle with the air bag warning light illuminated. Also, the alarm system goes off every time I lock the vehicle. I truly am at my wit’s end.

I have been with Lindsay Ford for 20 years . I have purchased a mini van and a truck. I have only had my car serviced by your service department. I brought my truck for brakes and didn’t receive it back in brilliant 3 days later. My running board on the right side isn’t working, I ask them to just put it up and leave it up. They charge me over $100 and it’s still not up! I have never brought a car and it didn’t a simple car wash when your car is ready! I keep replacing my head lights, your service manager said he doesn’t make the parts!. Your service has fallen off tremendously!
