Robert Ryans is an outstanding Service Advisor. I have found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, attentive and empathic. I wait for my car when I bring it in for service and Robert keeps me informed as to progress of service and approximately completion time. He is never too busy to listen to my concerns and offer a solution. It is truly a pleasure having him as my Service Advisor.
As always, John Kernan and the Lindsay team took care of our '99 Taurus. Thanks for keeping us on the road and driving safely for almost 20 years.

I called to have my battery replaced and I was promptly “fit” in the same day by Oliver. Then once I arrived to the service department, Jonas took me right away and my battery was replaced within 1 1/2 hours. Awesome!
Oliver must was not having a good morning. I never experienced dissatisfaction with any employee at Lindsay Ford in the past. But Saturday, June 23, 2018, I had mentioned to Oliver that I would be contacting the Corporate Office about today's visit and will be completing the survey. Oliver stated that the Corporate Office had nothing to do with this. ???? I had even shared my dissatisfaction with the cashier. Thanks for sending the survey. Nannette A
Once again, there is an excessive delay in picking up a vehicle from here after service is complete. There needs to be a faster way to pay and get your car besides waiting for one of the service people to get your ticket and then walk you to the cashier. The new text notification system and approval of work was excellent.
The service was excellent. My wait time was minimal and the staff was very professional.
Both Oliver Hogg and Robert Ryan assisted us. Their service was impeccable.
We will continue to seek service from them without hesitation.
I would not want to take my car to anyone else but Robert Ryans.
