My vehicle has a warning light on for the air bag indicator. I initially reported it on during one of my 1st oil changes. I was told that it was because something my have been in the seat. During the inspections/ diagnostic nothing was reported. The light went off after the oil change. I had every recommended service completed, then yesterday they identified a wiring issue that needs to be corrected. The part was in stock $65 but it is not covered by the extended warranty. The labor to correct the issue is estimated at over $500. What’s the point of having a special service rep assigned to help if they can’t offer any better recommendations or help?

DTC 1450 - Failure to bleed fuel tank vacuum, is a common occurrence with the Fords. This problem was fixed successfully last year at no cost to me. Today Lindsay wanted to charge me for the same problem and I declined. I feel the replacement of the purge control valve, which is necessary, should not be charged to me.
