Mike treated me very well. He never left me our of the loop, and even suggested some addition work that made sense, since it would only coat additional parts but not additional labor. I had his same thought the night before he called and mentioned it. Bravo!!!!
John Kernan already knows why I left completely dissatisfied but he or someone else is welcomed to call me.

issue, and I was out of there within an hour.
I mentioned that a bulb was not working (front left). Sorry if I did not explain clearly, but the bulb has not been changed, or not the right one.

The car was in for it’s routine oil change. Lindsey Ford
was unable to wash the car due to a maintenance
problem. So Oliver took my car elsewhere for a wash.
This was the first time I have asked for a wash following service.
A question for you - how long should it take for an oil change
and tire rotation?
Mike Collier is great and did the best he could. Our slight disappointment was that we had to have the car kept there over the weekend, having brought it in Fri morning. But appreciated the loaner car.
He was very friendly, did a good job checking me in fast, and kept me updated on my car. And of any work that needed to be done. I am very happy as usual!

There was a lot of phone tag. I was not offered a loaner car in which the sales
man stated I would be provided when I originally purchased the car.
Also, last night I went to the store and the driver's door would not close. I had to
slam it 3 times.
