I dropped my vehicle off for a tail light replacement (which took almost 9 months to be ordered - WTF?), smartshield install, and an oil change. When I called to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told “everything is finished.” They did not do the oil change. When I spoke with Sergio, he pulled up the service order, and the oil change was not even included in the service order. This is after I specifically asked for an oil change when I dropped the car off, saw them write “oil change” on the forms I signed, and was told they would get an oil change done.
As part of the service plan we purchased for our vehicle, we were told getting oil changes would be covered for the life of our vehicle. That promise was broken. My father and grandfather were in the car sales/service business, and they would be appalled at the service offered at Lindsay Ford.
This is absolutely terrible service and I regret having done business with Lindsay Ford.
I don't think the technicians reset the Tire Pressure Sensor system after rotating the tires, which unfortunately makes me wonder what other items were missed that I don't know how to check for.

Although the service itself was fine, the length of time waiting for the recalled steering column bolt was one whole week!! No need to call me. Everyone was kind and helpful and did all they could to make the process easy.
