Marco A was a true professional and v nice person. He was the first one to even suggest to me while at the VW dealer to just look at some new cars- as my 82k Well maintained Tiquan suddenly needed $4500-$6500 in repairs- not a good sign for a brand w/such few miles The body and inside about perfect w/one Small ding.... dealer offered me a $1K trade in amount- Criminal. Recd $650 when traded my bomb dodge caravan in W/NO AC multiple dents- and trans issues. However, what could I do but tow my car around or get stuck buying another VW that hasn’t given me anywhere near the miles cars offer these days Matt at front desk was his usual rude- dismissive- unprofessional self as he always is while I have been in the dealer servicing my Tiguan. He should not be in customer service - always is nasty to me Marco on the other hand is a star and the young man will go places in his professional career w/such an outstanding personality and helpful/ kind/understanding attitude. I avoided bring my car to the dealer when small oil leak began - just to avoid Mr. Matt. One of the costly recommended items to fix was tensions and timer chains exactly what I was notified in mail for class action suit- of course my vw was not to be included. Matt did not call me back- said my car was not towed in -( and it was) I ubered there to find my car ( more money) and he ignored me. Terrible customer service from him. Thank you for an employee like Marco! Informative- patient- knowledgeable- and kind.

Very pleased with the customer service and my experience at Lindsay, Laura was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely very happy with the service she provided!

The guys answer al my questions and are very good at explaining what is going on so that I can follow through. They go out of their way to help. I love that my car is washed when I pick it up!

The gentleman was short with my wife on the phone setting up the appointment . We had a recall that was almost a year old and he didn’t understand why we waited so long.

Jacob taught me about the device for removing plastic caps over lug nuts. He explained throughly want service they did with the car
