Everyone at Lindsey VW went out of their way to make sure I felt informed and understood my car’s needs. Pricing was fair and I even got to interact directly with Troy my technician. I will be back for future needs!
I was told the work would take about 2 hours. At the 4 hour point I replied to a text and asked for a status and then received a call saying the shop was running late and they had not started the work. Then 5 minutes before the shop closed for the day I received a call saying the work was completed. However this really did not give me the opportunity to get my car. The next morning I received a text saying the car was ready to be picked up and that the work would be completed soon. This text was poorly worded and made it difficult to understand if the work was was completed. I expected to be better informed of the actual time needed and of any delays. I also expected text messages to be clear and professional.
My wife brought the car in at 12:30 to have a tire changed. At 3:00 she asked the service rep for an update and they told her the car was being washed and would be done soon. At 4 she want back again and the rep looked at her and said "oh I thought you left already". They then had to find the car on the lot. Took 4 hours to change a tire and the car never did get washed.
Pete was very helpful. The Warranty process always feels like VW’s goal is to say No unless we persist.

Volkswagen should voluntarily issue a recall for the issue I experienced today since it's a common occurrence with Jetta owners.
Marco is always extremely professional and friendly, but what sets him apart from other service respesentatives is his obvious passion for cars. It makes him a joy to talk to about my own car, and helps quickly build a feeling of trust that is hard to come by in the automotive service world. Marco is an exceptional employee, and a big part of why I keep coming back to this dealership.

Faster turn-around than expected and he threw in some free promos that were available. 2nd good experience in a row and I definitely see some improvement in the Lindsay VW Service Department.

Laura is very friendly and helpful. She always makes bringing my car in for service as painless as possible. She is very thorough and keeps me in the loop regularly throughout the process. This is the main reason I drive over an hour to service my car with Lindsay VW vs the other dealers close to me.
Since I bought my car in 2015 Matthew R. Percent has been provinding excellent customer service. He demonstrates professionalism and personal attention to all my questions and concerns every time I have car issues. Matthew Percey has a great attitude and knowledge which makes the process of my car service go smooth so I don’t have to worry about anything while I wait.
