Over one year ago I brought my car in for servicing and exterior detailing. The car was returned with all four lower door sills scuffed, dirty, and the metallic sill plates severely scratched. In December of 2017 I brought my car in to have the arm rest repaired. The car was returned to me with damage to one wheel. I reported this later in the day to my service advisor who took pictures. I was never contacted again about the incident. It cost me $179 to repair. I believe to this day that it was intentionally damaged while in your shop but obviously can offer no proof. I returned in February 2018 to have the arm rest parts repaired. The car was again returned with black scuff marks and dirt all around the repair area. I have been a regular customer at Lindsay for years and the service has always been good. This last visit was good although I paid out of my pocket for new Wiper Blades that were replaced in December 2017. One of the blades flew off in a rainstorm earlier in the week. I would have thought Lindsay would have paid for that repair. Anyhow, Lindsay seems to be going out of its way to get rid of me as a customer.

Aidan was great, Carlos the shuttle was great, the only minor thing was the car wash which was returned with dirty wheels and license plate area door jams and no vacuum. Thank you

Service was fine, but i REALLY dislike the new check in process. We literally were standing at my car for 30 minutes (in the cold with my hands full) while the rep had to one finger in all the things that needed to get checked. Then to top it off, things wouldn't save. I MUCH prefer to be standing at the desk inside where I can set my bags down. HATED IT!!! This is NO fault of the rep...just the procedure they are being forced to follow.
