Glenn is a phenomenal service representative and my issue should in no way reflect on his performance. That said whomever was responsible for test driving the vehicle should have noticed a severe rumble at low speed seemingly emanating from the right front tire. I had noted before service that I felt there may be cupping and asked if a tire rotation Might be necessary at this time. My assumption is that the rotation caused this issue and it needs to be rectified
