Amazing service! Literally pulled in right after picking up a nail in my tire on the way to work. Put on a new tire, did the 15k maintenance, and even washed the car! Felt like I had my own NASCAR pit crew ????

I worked with Carly to buy my car. I flew in from Ohio to buy it. She (and everyone else there) were amazing to work with. It’s a big step to buy a one way ticket and walk in and buy a car and Carly made it all reassuring and simple. I can’t praise the team highly enough. I had a less than stellar encounter with some Columbus VW dealers, I’m recounting my exoerience to everyone on how easy what I did was. pS I had a fantastic drive through the maintains in my new alltrack. It laughed at the mountain and the rain and got me safely home.

Jeff’s Service was outstanding, I just would’ve appreciated a heads up in future that a installed fuse would cost me an extra $20 for labor to install. Other than that I received excellent customer service.
My only negative comment has nothing to do with Troy or Aidan. It’s from my observations of the Lindsay employees from the waiting area. My suggestion is that you have a separate coffee/snack area for employees. They are like vultures with the coffee, snacks, and bagels. This includes executive employees who work on the 2nd floor. I couldn’t get over that they were grabbing handfuls of snacks and would take a whole bagel that were meant for customers. Or aren’t they? Are they that cheap they can’t bring their own breakfast? And is this their first cup of coffee for the day they are all rushing in? I actually witness this every time I come in for an early appointment. Shouldn’t thy be working instead of hanging out in the waiting area for free coffee and food?
