VW were not willing to do a thorough diagnostic to find the source of the leak and fluid damage in the passenger cabin. I would expect VW to peal the carpet back to trace where the liquid enters the vehicle. I left the vehicle at the Service Department for 4 days and I felt VW did not spend enough time on the diagnostic.
Very disappointed. Will probably never bring my vehicle to Lindsay VW for service again.
Glenn was wonderful. He's helped me out a few times and he's always super nice and helpful. I always rave at how much I don't mind/enjoy taking my car in when I have to to my husband.

I only said I was not completely satisfied because of the amount of time my service took. I made an appointment for noon, and was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours. It took three and a half hours, and I was late to work because of that. No other complaints, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and I've never had an experience to the contrary at Lindsay.

Service took longer than originally communicated and when I got in the car I still had a warning that told me to service my vehicle now. They had to take the car back into the shop so they could reset the warning
