Peter was extremely helpful and assisted me with my repair. I was very pleased with his assistance and the quality of service when I bring my car. What I did not like was when my car was returned to me i smelled a very strong smell as my car heated up from turning on the heat while I was driving home. I pulled over and noticed a can of chewing tobacco and on the leather of my driver seat, leather of my passenger front seat, center console, and floors of both front seats had been covered with the chewing tobacco. This really sets me back as I have to drive another almost 20 miles to address the issue. I am not happy with this as I kept my car clean and never smoked nor put anything like this in almost the three years I owned this car brand new from the dealership. I find it very troubling through the multiple inspections of my car for the two days the car was at the dealership this could happen. I am not pleased with this and now have a car that has over 33K miles that I never had issues keeping clean is now containmined by chewing tobacco.

first, let me start off by saying that when I first arrived in the service department, Eddie greeted me and helped me get my car checked in. I can't say enough about Eddie. As soon as I walked in Eddie helped me right away, made me feel important, and respected, and was extremely courteous and helpful. my impression of lindsay at that point was outstanding. Jacob helped me with the checkout and he was also amazing. My car failed inspection but he explained everything and was courteous and respectful.
Laura was able to have the technicians look at my car even though I had no appointment. A dash indicator light had gone on. I appreciated the attention given to me.
Representative is on defensive all the time to the point that I don't think he listened to me.
He does his best but just needs to lighten up and listen the customer.Son't have much time to elaborate but my Tiguan aux radio was simply disabled while you were working on it 2 weeks ago.Mat kept saying there's nothing he can do .it took me many back and forth with the rep before he realized what I am telling him is genuine issue.
Also after spending over $ 6000 on engine work , you guys asked me an additional $400 for air coming thru the engine from unscrewed pcv .Not fair !
