Everything was great, as usual. Marco provided excellent service;the staff in the showroom were attentive to my question;and the manicurist was a nice touch!
I enjoy working with Pete. I believe he looks out for my best interest. He is always polite and courteous, and makes sure my car is ready on time. He also makes sure it is clean! That's a treat.

Jacob and the other guy working the Xpress service were wonderful. They showed great customer service and were super friendly. The only reason I would say, I was not completely satisfied is because I was told that my car would get a state inspection. When I came to pick it up (approx. 24 hours later) the state inspection was not done and/or the new sticker was not put on the car. Despite that, it was handled in a professional and timely manner and I was out of there before 7pm.
Marco - has once again exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of the brand and customer service are second to none.
I can’t thank him enough.

The service department representative is always cheerful and his customer service is outstanding. Every time I visit Lindsey VW service I go in knowing everything will be taken care of and when I leave I always feel taken care of. This is a true example of customer delight.
Service advisor, Marco Aldana was very arrogant. He presented a service invoice of $63.00 for the change oil. I explained to him that I purchased a service contract but he responded that it is not written in the work order. He demanded me to produce the written contract. I suggested to him that it would be easy if he can locate in the system. A short argument between me and him because he very reluctant to look in the system, I told him that I will talk to the general manager, and he challenged me to go right ahead. Everybody is helpful except this guy.
Jacob was very professional and he made sure I was in and out within an hour on a busy Saturday morning.
I’ve already brought my horrible customer service experience I had with the service manager and my sales person. In the end, the sales manager was able to help me and was kimd and courteous. Which is a far cry from the outright hosility I received from Mr Percey. I DO NOT want to ever have to deal with him at Lindsay again.
The only minor quibble was the car wash could have better
