Please clean up your database - it shows that I own 2 2014 Tauoregs. I own one.
Also, when I try to book a service on line, everything’s booked for weeks and weekends are booked for months - at least in my view of it.
Last - why can’t I see a complete history of all services and costs since I purchased the car and why doesn’t it - based on projected mileage based on my records - send me an email telling me what’s next?

Let me first say that I am extremely satisfied with Lindsey Volkswagen. The only reason I didn’t give a complete satisfaction is because I don’t think it should take over 2 hours for an oil change. I did also request a tire rotation which you determined was not necessary since I will soon need new tires. You could have just done it and charged me for it but you didn’t, I think that shows integrity. I do like the text notifications updates. I will say that the lounge area is nice and somewhat makes up for the longer wait times. Like I said , I am extremely satisfied and will continue visit your dealership. When I’m ready for another Volkswagen I will definitely give Simon Chu a call.
