Had dirt all over my wheel caps after the service. If the service is going to be worse than an $8 car wash. What's the point of coming all the way to the dealer.
Matthew was awesome! I received extremely poor customer service from another VW dealership when I took my car in for maintenance. Matt fit me into the schedule and explained everything that was going on with my car. He also set me up with a much needed rental car while my vehicle was in the shop, something the other dealership refused to do. I am extremely grateful to Matt and the entire service team at Lindsay VW!
Scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at for a rattling noise. all they did was go for a ride and tell me to clean my car because they were too busy to check to see if anything was loose even though it was suspected that was the case. What was the point of scheduling anything if they weren't even going to bother to try and fix it?

Although the service I paid for was acceptable, and the warranty recall completed, I was offered a complementary tire rotation with my services. I agreed only to be told that it was not performed and it would be an additional $40. My wife’s vehicle which is still in service was to be a one day job. It was not started at the end of the day and we are left with a 5-6 day loaner.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied especially being first time getting our Atlas serviced which we bought last October. I dropped off the vehicle around 1:45pm for mid service and was told it will take about 2 hours. Around 5:30 I called to check on the status and was told someone will call me back with the status and didn’t receive any calls. I had to call again and spoke with another person who stated that car is pretty much ready and head on over. We appreciate the shuttle/Uber services but we pretty much wasted half the day waiting for the car and no follow up which i find dissatisfying and very poor customer service. Especially since I had to call twice to find out the status. Now today I get the oil light and warning triangle lights on with error staying Faulty Oil pressure sensor. This is kind of strange that this issue to show up all the sudden right after car goes in the shop with only 4500 miles. I’ll be calling to make appointment to bring it in soon but wondering the wait time.

Service was fine but no one called when the car was finished. I came up there myself at around 2:45pm and the receipt said it was ready for pickup at 11:00 that morning. I know they were busy but if I hadn’t come up out of sheer random chance who knows when I would’ve been contacted to pickup my car?
