Pete again was great. Was his normal excellent job.
I first met with Pete Herman and he was trying hard to sell me a maintenance plan. I had requested a loaner car and was told yes over the phone but one was not available for me. Pete stated that the service would only take 45 minutes so I was not entitled to a loaner. Then when I met with Dan he was not sure the car would be ready by noon. Ultimately it all worked out but my overall experience was disappointing based on no loaner car, the hard sell on the maintenance program and then not sure the car would be ready by noon.
Jake was amazing, super friendly had an awesome conversation. Because of him I will be coming back to Lindsay if the need arises

I worked with several people at L1ndsay VW. Marco who works at the Express Service has been very helpful today. He looked into an issue I had with my wiper blade and with a bolt on an engine cover. I am extremely satisfied with the service I always received from the service department. Marco and Glenn always go out of their way to see to it that I am 110% satisfied with the level of service I receive. The mechanic team that worked on my car also did an excellent job. I am completely satisfied and it is always a joy visiting the dealership. No other VW dealership in the DMV to include Delaware can come close to Lensay VW. I came in for a recall, a safety and an oil change.
I only got a safety after waiting 1:15 minutes.
Part wasn’t there and they forgot oil change.
