Very impressed with his professional work, very polite...and what really amazed me was the fact that he said is going to take 90 minutes and he will come to let me know when it is done. And so he did!

Laura was great in the beginning...then quickly went sour hill. We were not informed appropriately what our charges covered. Texted us that our car was ready when we already have the vehicle. The alignment was done correctly it veers to the left. We've paid for 2 alignments which is ridiculous. We paid for shipping on the parts to fix the vehicle. Which is ridiculous. It took 5 days to fix the vehicle and it's still isn't fixed. Which is ridiculous. The tire light is on again. Which is ridiculous. The fact that Laura spoke to Juan yesterday and we have our vehicle and she’s texting me from this automated system shows the same negligence taken with my vehicle. When can you call Juan to discuss?

Everything works perfectly. Just need to test outside rear view mirror - no frost at this time. Peter did a great job. How about the mechanic? He should get an up-check. Except they forgot to set the clock - minor point. You need to add that to the battery replacement check list.
Matt did not service me I would not recommend anyone to work with Matt P.
The supervisor Jimmy Dao was very very helpful.He is is extremely attentive to customer needs contrary to Matt.

Did see several new grease marks on rear passenger seat. If service tech's needed to sit there to check for smells, they could have covered the seat first

During my drop off to repair a broken seatbelt in my new car I bought in DEC, both service men were extremely rude. Also, I was given the run around about a loaner car even though the car would need to be there for 5 days. I was first told they did not do loaner cars, but then a man spoke up that he was in fact there returning one, so THEN they said I could have a loaner to use. A broken seatbelt that holds my 4 year old daughter is a BIG deal especially in a brand new car.
SUPER disappointed in the rude service I received.
Laura is a sweetheart. She was very quick to get me in and out of the service area both when I dropped off and picked up my car. She does a great job representing Lindsay Volkswagen.
