The communication was frequent but often inaccurate or incomplete. The service took 3 days more than expected (initial quote was 30 minutes). The invoice said my car had been cleaned, but it had not. Overall, this was quite disappointing.

This is the first complaint I have ever had in terms of service rendered. My husband took my car in for the re-call last Wednesday. I was out of town. When I got in the car today to drive for the first time, I actually could not believe the dirt all over the drivers side of the dash and door. I asked my husband if he had accidentally left the car window open during a storm and he said no that this was the way the car was returned to him after the service! He had asked the car be washed, which it was, and assumed it would have been cleaned but when he asked the attendant he was told they don't clean the inside of the car...which I know to be true but I have never had the car returned to me without the area worked on being cleaned by whomever did the service. It was unacceptable. I have pictures if you are interested. Certainly if this were the norm, your reputation for quality customer service would not stand but as I stated, this was my first and only negative experience with Lindsay. Nevertheless, very disappointing. Nancy K

Since This was my first visit I didn’t know what to expect. Marco took the time to walk through the steps involved with leaving my car for service. I definitely felt like I was well cared for and my car was also!

I think the guys did work it out, but I had a 9:30 appointment today because I was told previously that I could come in to have my tire replaced and that it’d take about two hours. But when I came Friday of last week I was told it would take until the end of the day, which is why I made an appointment to come back. When I arrived this morning I was told it could take all day, so I had to ask for a loaner. They nicely provided one and still ended up finishing with my car after about 2 hours. I then noticed later in the day that there was some kind of beige paste around the rim, which I hope washes off in the rain. Again, the guys were good guys, but I think the system and communications could be better managed so customers can make appointments and feel confident about how much time they need to commit, give or take an hour or so. Thanks.

Due to over 30 days waiting for the part and in the beginning I received calls and in the last week or so no returned calls until Saturday when I spoke d to Jeremy he finally received part and fixed my Tiguan and I am very thankful that I am very thankful that my vehicle was repaired.
