Your service staff was excellent. They gave me info on services needed. They pointed out maintenance I should consider next time. Never felt pressured to do more than was needed. Got me going sooner than expected.
Second time around went very well.
The only issue I had was how long the service took. Otherwise all was good.

The shuttle service offered was not reliable, wasted an hour and a half of my day, and I had to pay for my own ride.
Jerry was awesome in all ways! Very nice and helpful. However, it took me almost 6 weeks after buying my car to get someone to return my phone calls to get my car scheduled for service. I was also told my car would be completely detailed prior to having the interior sprayed. After I got home there were several areas that were dirty. Because of the multiple phone calls I had to make, with promises of somebody will get back to me within a couple hours (which never happened) I will never give McGrath my business again. My salesman, finance guy and Jerry were all great, as well as the girl that followed thru with getting my car in. I’m sure my business is only a drop in the bucket. I was referred to McGrath by my in law , Larry Hayes which is a good friend of Gary’s.

Austin was extremely helpful and professional with the issue with my vehicle. He assisted me and directed me to the proper people for my problem with the paint on my HRV. Austin is definitely an asset to the McGrath team and I would recommend him to family or friends.

Luis was very nice and helpful!
I showed the letter from Honda that said I was due for a recall to replace my oil container on the Honda Civic but Austin Becker would not help me with this. This is even though I had an appointment scheduled to replace this but couldn’t because Honda didn’t have a rental car for me to use since I need it for work.
Bryan did a wonderful job. I was very comfortable with his advice and felt he was looking to meet all my needs!

Service took over an hour
I had my appointment for two weeks. After being in the dealership for an hour, I was told they didn’t have the parts. Later, I was told they had the parts, but they were being saved for someone else.
