I still some dust spots near rear license plates and there was a small stain in the back middle seat.

I asked for a trade appraisal at my last visit. No one contacted me. Also, service communication is in need of improvement. I waited since June to get recall work done. Called twice to find out if parts were in. I had to do all the communication.

Handed my vehicle back with some of the trim missing. This is the second time I bring the vehicle to get the same problem fix and theres always seem to be something either not fixed properly or missing. Really frustrating and unprofessional.
Came in for a vehicle service for a warranty item and a recall inspection. Said it would be a few hours so was going to leave the car with them and come back, I had to Uber to and from was surprised they didn't offer to drop me somewhere since I live 6 minutes away. Also they did not have the tool needed to complete the recall inspection so when it arrives I need to come back for a few hours.
Luis took care of everything and I am grateful. Hopefully he will be working the next time we need service. Thanks!
