Jason and Gail,who was being trained, were wonderful. I am a handicapped senior and they made sure I was well taken care of and understood everything. I was led to the waiting room were the chair was so comfortable for me and had a nice hot cup of coffee. The wait was only 45 minutes. I thanked Gail for everything and also gave her a thankful hug. Well done McGrath Honda.
It took over 5 minutes for someone to greet me in reception and an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change ,that's ridiculous.
Bryan was outstanding. I have always had great experiences at McGrath and each visit had been scheduled in advance .Todays appt was not scheduled in advance and it was an emergency but Bryan treated this visit like he was expecting me and couldn’t have been nicer and that meant a lot to me.
Bryan is phenomenal, he made sure that everything was good with my car and he explained everything to me.
I will be back to see Bryan whenever I need work done on my car.
