Bryan was very helpful, asked if I would like an inspection. I did,told me the results. I had a issues with my hood latch, that I previously asked if they could look at. He had the tech check it out and made an adjustment.
Jonathan was wonderful and he made sure my car was ready well before the possible 2 hour wait. I’m thankful for the courteous manner in which I was treated. Excellent service!

Overall the service Luis provided was good. I was not satisfied with the explanation I received for the battery issue. The battery initially tested as passing and I was told everything was complete. Then I received a call that the van had to be jumped because the battery was drained. I asked if there was any potential cause due to the tests and software update that was performed. I was told that was not possible and it was suggested the battery needs to be replaced. It was just very surprising to me especially when the van started fine in the morning and testing passed. Then all of sudden the battery was drained. I was okay changing battery if it was truly necessary but I don’t feel enough was done to troubleshoot the issue especially when this occurred after the van was dropped off.
Very easy to work with. Super friendly and very honest from start to finish. Highly recommend him!

The car is fine but whoever detailed my car prior to pickup, discarded the window sticker which was the only list of the safety features in my car. I needed the list for my insurance. No one ever went over the safety features that were on the car.

I had my oil changed and a recall.
The only thing I wasn't happy about is my oil change still says 70% on the dashboard and I have no sticker in my window for my next oil change would be due.

John, along with any other service member I have dealt with have been very professional and polite. That being said, I did have a not great experience with the service manager a while back after having questions regarding work done on my car and a puncture hole in my arm rest that was not present when i brought the car in. Due to that experience I have chosen to take my car elsewhere for its regular maintenance and repair. Please note that all other team members that I have worked with and talked to have been great.
