Overall good. wise they would have communicated more quickly with me to get my car back. Mechanic and service Tech were off on alternate days, which I think led to a delay and getting my car back.
Austin did a fine job. The truck was ready on time and he was quite attentive once it was. He asked whether I had any questions and took me directly to where the truck was parked.
I wasn't satisfied with the provider's customer service. He was not friendly nor polite
Even though there was a minor issue with the car after my recall review, Bryan was very helpful to remedy the issue in the most efficient for us.
