I had ordered a small part that went on the passenger door handle. When placing the order, the service technician stated it would come I the next day and it would only take 5-10 minutes. I received the call the next day that the part was in and I can swing on by anytime before 5pm and they could “pop the part on” and would only take 5-10 minutes. I was going to take my two daughters and two nieces to the mall so we just stopped by in the way. It ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes. That is where my frustration is. There’s a big difference between 10 minutes and 75 minutes. Everyone was very nice, however, having to wait that long with 4 kids, when that wasn’t the expectation was bothersome.
Bryan was great! He made the process seamless and he communicated through the entire process with clarity! All in all it was a great experience!

The services received were very good. My complaint is with pricing. The added shop costs seemed excessive.

I had called in & was told that a loaner would be available so that I could drop off my van. I had talked to the service desk I believe. When arriving, the service consultant said he could not find any reservation or notes that my loaner was availabl in the system.. There seems to be a disconnect between the reps at the service desk & the service consultants
