Erin was amazing. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I had everything I needed before I left and also when I returned to pick up my vehicle.
The car was taken care of in a timely manner. The staff were professional and friendly.

Very attentive in the process
Bryan was very nice and helpful, so thank you Bryan. My only disappointments were when i pulled in i was looking for assistance on how far up to go and who to talk to (this was my first visit) but was not ignored until i parked and started getting out of the car. This made it a bit awkward/unwelcoming for me. The 2nd bit was that they forgot to wash my car. Not the biggest deal as i wasn't there for that, but i was pleasantly surprised and happy by the offer to wash it after the oil change since it was on my to do list anyways, and was sad to find it wasn't after i had already left. I guess don't offer it if it wont be done please. Aside from that my visit was overall a good experience.
I really appreciate Erin's mood, there was an employee next to her that was monotone, eyes half open and inattentive when I pulled up.I sort of made a face, and Erin ran over to help with a smile, and genuine positive attitude, …. at 7 am. Her energy while interacting was why I’m writing this. I work in HR and tend to pay attention to the little things people do. It’s really the little things that make great customer service, no pun intended. ????

Before bring the car in for service I had call numerous times to talk to people about quotes for tires. In particular I spoke to the service advisor Kevin I was told he had to call parts department and get back to me never did. Called and left him a message later that day never called back. He was off the next day and left a message with someone who never called me back. The Monday I spoke with Kevin again who gave me a price for a different tire and said he would call later in the day about a loaner for me the next day for my appointment never did. Called him back and to discuss the loaner or shuttle and he said he had to go call the manager and would call me back and never did. I ended up having my husband drop me off so that I didn’t have to worry about either missing my appointment or being late for work. Then when I’m dropping the car off they don’t even ask me what tires I want or was it noted on the paperwork they wanted me to sign. When I asked about the mail in rebate they were not Aware of any rebate even though I had been told they would give me something to fill out.
However after that the service and communication were fine and very responsive to questions I had about the car or work done.
But I couldn’t believe the lack of service leading up the appointment and wish I had another option but I was too drained to try to figure out an appointment with some place else because the rebate from the tire company was ending. For a dealership I expect way better

for service on my Hondas for
over 30 years.I have never been
disappointed.
It’s an hour’s drive for me, but everyone is so friendly here.
