You boast about having free car wash. When I was there I asked if they did interior but was told exterior only. It looked like all they did was spray the CR-V with water. All the windows still and mirrors were dirty. I went to place a megnetic placard by the license plate I wiped the wet area and the rag was full of dirt. To say the least I was very disappointed.

I’m nervous for my car but I appreciate being let know that CARX messed my car up and tried to cover it up. I love the video addition and the fact that loans are provided while a dear vehicle is being serviced.

Julia did a great job explaining everything that was necessary for my car maintenance, and she was understanding when I declined a few other maintenance issues that could be done at a later time. She was friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process. It was a good experience, and I will be bringing my vehicle back again in the future.

Julia was absolutely fantastic. She was handed a very interesting situation. After $10k of engine work on my CRV to fix a oil like from the vtc actuator there seems to still be a leak. This was downplayed by the mechanic when questioned and I believe it's faulty work on the repair starting 1.5 years ago. Again, Julia was great.

Quinton was excellent, even walking me over to the parts counter for some touch up paint i wanted…he also helped me with a reset of my software on my display , while it was raining outside! He’s really good at what he does thank you
