I love working with Erin. She seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have never felt that with another service advisor. Because of her, I will always come to Saint Charles Honda, and will consider trading in my current Honda for a new one in the near future. Love Erin.

Noah Taylor was great! This was the second time Noah was my service advisor; he was personable and professional both times. He ensured he knew exactly what my vehicle needed based on my concerns and addressed them all, including providing options when available. I will definitely be requesting Noah as my service advisor whenever my vehicle needs to be serviced. In addition, I cannot say enough on the quality of service TJ Taylor provides to customers and to supporting the McGrath service staff. It’s refreshing to know when I bring my vehicle in, I will always receive excellent service. He is a true asset to the McGrath family.
