Service department did not accurately diagnose problem with push start. Each time a brought my CRV in to repair the same problem with the push start, a different expensive part needed replacement. Service department approach to keep replacing expensive parts with the hope that eventually the problem will be fixed. This is not kind of service I expected from a Honda Dealer.

One of the greatest most caring people I’ve ever met. So Very professional! They go the extra mile to take care of you in the hospitality is wonderful that’s one of the reasons why I switched. The level of care and understanding is phenomenal. And I know I can 100% trust them with my vehicles!

Carlton Was a good advisor. It's Honda coordinate didn't stand behind there product.The extended warranty I purchased from Schaumburg Hond didt cover the issue of a failed piston unless it was a broken part. Splitting hairs and left me with no coverage. Thank you McGrath Honda of St. Charles for trying to work with me. CJ & Carlton

I really appreciated having the help of Joseph today, he was very sweet, and super helpful with any questions that I had. He was very easy to talk to, and although it was a busy day, he still made the effort to have a genuine conversation with me. He went out of his way to ask his manager about a question which he couldn’t answer for me, and helped me out a lot. Next time I go in for service on my vehicle I hope to have Joseph help me again. 10/10 experience today.

Please please keep Carlton ! He’s really excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. He would be the reason I would go back for service. This dept needs more like him. He’s genuine and seems trustworthy. A lot better customer skills than some of the other longer term staff who barely smile and treat you kind of rude. I’m sure customers can be a pain, but this guy seems straight and easy to deal with.

Erin is such a huge asset to your company, and a great advocate for her customers. In my specific case she knows the number of vehicles that we own including members of our families driving those vehicles. That is called customer care at its best. Thank you

Bryan was fine. I had an appt for 415 on a Friday night. I was there a little but before 415 and didn't leave until 604. I was told it would take about an hr. I was there almost 2 hrs for an oil change. That is crazy
