As usual excellent customer service and excellent work on my vehicle. I really appreciated the video of the inspection. I think the only criticism I have is that your new facility is so big that I was confused about where to go in the service department. You should consider putting a cashier sign by the cashier and maybe a check in here sign. The old building had the cashier near the showroom so that's where I went. Thank you.

Work was done in the time estimated. I liked the video that was sent that showed the undercarriage of the car and the engine, and what needed replacing. Great waiting area.

Quinton Farace was fantastic. He did a great job and kept me informed. I was nervous when I brought my car in due to a horrible experience last visit I told myself that if I had a similar experience I would never be back. Quinton brought confidence back to McGraths service dept. He did a great job.

My only complaint and it is NOT with joe,is that I asked for a wash Ave it was definitely NOT washed, it was like half clean if that and that back wasn't even touched to be cleaned. Again, no complaint with Joe, he was AMAZING!
