I had an appointment for the Honda Odyssey update recall. The letter said the procedure should take 15 minutes. However I waited 1.5 hours. I think that when making an appointment you should be up front with how long the service will take. I was fortunate that I had nothing else going on otherwise I would have been upset with the wait.

Kevin is very personable and made me feel that his only goal for that day is to make sure that I am well taken care of. He is very thorough and and explained every step and is very clear on what to expect moving forward. He has very good customer service and he has exceeded my expectations. Mcgrath is very lucky to have him as an employee.

I felt like 5 days was way too long for the repair and the x repair didn't fix the clunking issue, now I have to drive to Texas with a Suspect issue going on, I felt mislead the whole time they had my car, like they had other priorities.

Carlton was very knowledgeable and helpful with my first visit. The car is old, but he still treated me with respect and like a valued customer. I have about $6k over, the next year, to have done, but have confidence in the service department and will be back.

The vehicle was brought in for recall service. Told at that time the vehicle’s rear wheels were out of alignment. The vehicle has 2500 miles on it. Driven only to hair dresser, lunch dates, fuel, wash and for maintenance. When I explained this, I was told it may have hit a pot hole. Hard to believe the front wheels are fine if it hit a hole. I believe the vehicle was like this at the time it was purchased. I would expect Honda to make this repair as a warranty repair at no expense to me.
