Service was great just seems you guys overbook so my appointment for an oil change was 5:45 I was there at 5:40 and it was 7 or 8 min before anyone even asked if I had an appointment. The young kid gave me the impression they couldn’t fit me and I was irritated because I had an appointment. It was another couple min before I got a service advisor but everything else was really great. I lucked out and got a coupon for 49.95 but somehow they charged me 39.95 which maybe good for me unless they screwed up and out regular oil in and not synthetic? Crsp now I better check why it was so cheap.

Daniel only checked us in, and wasn’t working the day my car was scheduled. I had an appointment for 8:00 am, and was told it would be done around noon. When I called close to 3:00, I hadn’t received the video I was told about, and they had just started the service. Also, it was clear the lack of communication between Daniel and the service manager because I was told something by Daniel that the service manager had never heard of doing. Unfortunately, service at this dealership has gone downhill.
