Great tech but 2 1/2 hours for just an oil change?? Why a 1 o'clock appt when the car just sits until after 2?? Next time go to jiffy lube!!

I’m really frustrated with the lack of direct communication from your team at all levels. From making the appointment to questions about my repair, the process was frustrating. The cashier was very helpful and escalated my concerns to the super/manager on duty but I was told that you all are very aware of my service issues and that it’s being discussed already from other feedback. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to make my experience better or worse with a response like that. Not super impressed with today’s experience.
