I was very nervous about going in to buy a car for the first time in 20+ years. The whole team was great! Alex was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy and wanted to get me in what would work best for me all around. He asked the right questions and answered all of mine. George was great checking in throughout the way to help ease the stress of the process and ensure my satisfaction. Brandon guided me through the financial process with patience. Non transparent pricing. Never told me the car doesn't have 2 key fobs . During delivery I got only 1 key and told that's all and pay 400$ for additional key fob. I am going to complain to Honda corporate
