Went in for oil change and it took an hour and half. Your scheduling should be addressed with your schedulers. Oil changes should take 45-60 min. I made an appt 10 days prior.

Daniel was very nice and helpful. One improvement could be the timing. I had a 9:00 appointment and it took over an hour (about an hour and 20 mins) for the oil change.

John was fantastic and such a big help to me. I needed a loaner car with plenty a room for my kids and he stepped up and help me out. He took the time to explain the repairs and had some great suggestions to help keep my cost down. He was a big help!
