I always have had a very positive experience with him and look forward to the next time I bring the car in for service. He doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs on me: I know he will see that it is done well and in a timely manner. He inspires confidence, and that is very important for me.

George was a great guy. He took his time and carefully explained what maintenance was being done to my car. He also has a wealth of knowledge about music and I enjoyed discussing that with him for a couple of minutes, too!

It took over an hour for a simple oil change... it was a Wednesday at 2 pm... that’s too long. I do appreciate the quality. George was a nice and kind service coordinator.
