I cannot express my complete satisfaction with the service I received from CJ. Long story short, after two vehicles (2003 Accord & 2005 CRV) from McGrath, my work made it difficult to drive 25 miles to St. Charles. I missed the service at McGrath so once retired, I can return. The people are new but I see the same excellent quality in CJ that I received in the past. Excellent people make an excellent company.

I brought my car in at 9:00am for a 9:30 am oil change appointment. Sat waiting for someone to open the garage door. When no one did after 5 minutes went in, John told me I needed to be in the line for the other door. He followed me out and switched the sign from line up on either side to exit on the side I'd been waiting. I sid I'd be back by noon for the car. Arrived at 11:45 and had to wait another 15 minutes for the paperwork. (Assumed an oil change would only take an hour, guess I got shifted to the back of the line for saying that). The woman who came in after me had to wait for her paperwork, and she had been called to pick it up 1/2 hr before. No one had called me though the car was done and parked on the lot when I arrived at 11:45. I remember when I could drop in for an oil change and be in and out in an hour with no appointment.

I have brought 2 of my vehicles there in the past month, both of which I purchased there. It took almost 1.5 hours to get an oil change on the Accord, and 1 hr 50 min to change thevpil and cabin filter on the Odyssey. My appointment was for 7:15 on a Saturday mornin-one of the first appointments. Why have appointments when first in the morning you can't get in and out in 30 minutes or less. I'm considering taking my vehicles elsewhere if the most basic procedures can't be accomplished more quickly. I've been going there 13 years, and this waiting has increased in the past few years.
