I was very clear on the service I asked for my Honda Pilot and did not get it, (I asked for tire rotation, oil change and battery replacement and only got the battery and oil change and response was he did recall I said that but I staid if apology he said oh well I didn’t charge you for it anyway) and I showed the coupon that showed a discount based on how much you spent on service and the service agent kept applying the lower amount until I explained to him if I spent over $300 what my discount would be .. he kept wanting to put in $20… I had been coming to this place for service for my pilot for over 10 years … also I had my Honda battery replaced this service due to issues with the existing battery that was installed less than 3 years ago from Honda as well .. he said he could not find the records on that and If I had a receipt … this was also frustrating because it was installed and purchased from McGrath Honda in St Charles … overall this is the first time I felt that I should now find another Honda service

My daughter waited FOREVER!!! They wanted $200 to replace a bulb she is 18 and it left a very bad taste in her mouth. I told her we don’t EVER take that care there, haven’t for years and years. Back to the local guy who is nice and doesn’t rip you off and waste your time. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Need to be clear on what service is covered when customer pays forward when signing the lease... but service on vehicle is been good so far

Since we bought the car we have brought it in twice and both times we had to return because something was not completed correctly. Each time they also stated they would wash the car and this last time they did not do that. It is very frustrating to have to go in 2 times for incompetence

I do appreciate Erin’s efforts on my behalf today but I also want to applaud TJ, Zach and the cashier. I had some questions regarding the final price compared to what I was expecting to pay. The cashier went to get Zach and he explained that prices for my work had gone up last month despite the coupons from Honda. He made everything right before I left the service bay. He didn’t have to do that. Additionally you need to know that the only reason I continue to bring my car to St. Charles for service is TJ. I trust him. He has always gone above and beyond for me and as long as he works there you will have my business I can’t say enough good about the service department. Kevin was respectful & professional in dealing with my daughter & her Civic. He didn’t pressure her to authorize any “extra” repairs. Very good experience with Kevin.
