The overall experience went well. Erin told me the list of things that will be serviced for the maintenance code. She informed me about the total cost and the waiting delays. After the service I was given a full explanation of the report and the inspections that went well and service that is recommended in the future.

Erin Carolan did a wonderful job from the moment I pulled in. She greeted me, showed me the waiting area and once the work was complete she went through everything and made sure I understood it. She had a smile on her face the entire time. Great work!

The tech that was working on my vehicles is the person that works on all my cars. His name is Nich and always does perfect work and never had to return or never had problems with any of his work. My business will always go where ever Nich meadow’s goes. Thank you for taking care of my vehicles.

The wait time estimate could have been more accurate. 1 to 1.5 hrs was given, 2.5 hrs was actual wait time. That’s quite a bit off.
