Mark is professional and went above and beyond to help solve my issue with malfunctioning navigation system despite software updates. He followed through after speaking to the head technician and called me back with a solution yesterday. I hate having a dealer so far from home, but people like Mark or salesman Alex make it easier.

I can’t give a higher rating to a service advisor than Mark. He had always been a great communicator, honest at all times and very fair in his treatment of me and my family whenever we have had our Volvo’s serviced at Barrington and now McGrath Volvo. At my most recent repair visit he kept me informed at all times and the end result was a properly repaired car and a bill that was less than was expected. That was a wonderful surprise but then again good surprises are the MO at McGrath Volvo in Mark's hands. Thank you Mark taking care us. Mark Mutchler

Was told that Volvo would not help with a $5000 piston repair on car that is only 2013 with 108k miles after spending $1k on brushings. Did all the maintenance and this was my 3rd Volvo and might be my last after this.
