Car not clean when service was done. Had to walk outside and find my car instead of having it pulled up to door. Was told I neede tire rotation but was not called prior to my picking up the car would have had the rotation done then instead of having to come back. I had a Lexus for many years and he services were top notch. I switch to volvo because of your safety features and expected that you would provide the same quality service

Mark was friendly and very helpful with having Polestar tune added even after I had completed my service appointment. His willingness to have me drive around and get it installed on the spot was awesome. I have no buyers remorse and am happy with the level of service at this location.

Car wasn’t fixed. Just bought it. Was told it might be shock/sway link but I needed to pay. Not thrilled that I have to pay for something done when I just recently bought it! Although, someone from the finance department did say he’d look into it and try to help me because he felt bad that I just bought it and now need to fix it. Still waiting for a call back... I’ll be satisfied if my car gets fixed without a fee.

Mark gives the confidence that he is not over selling something your vehicle doesn’t need which is most peoples fear with mechanics. I really feel Mark and the McGrath team look out for the consumer!
