Mark was great, he communicated well with me about the issues with my vehicle. They even accommodated an oil change for me in addition to the mechanical issue I was having! The wait was a little longer than I had anticipated and I didn’t know I was able to receive a loaner car until much later but other than that, it was great! Will be back for any maintenance and hopefully no more issues!

I came in for oil change, steering wheel button malfunction, and door speaker rattling. The door speaker still rattles very badly. With a Bowers and Wilkens system, I expect the system to NOT rattle. How can this be resolved?

I had to call 3 times, after they’d had my car for almost 6 hours to get a status update. Only to find that the code I’d come for had cleared. The 1 part I needed (a handle for the seat in second row is avail for $12 and Mark quotes $155! Wow. I have not had a single positive experience at this dealership. I will make the drive to Schaumberg for any warranty work in the future.

Mark does an excellent job at setting expectation with customers, provides timely updates and is always looking to accommodate. Although I live in the city and have options to take our car closer to home, i come here because i feel you all have our best interest. Keep doing what you are doing.
