A notice near the service advisor said the car will be cleaned before and after service technician works on the car. But this was not done. The car didn’t get a complimentary wash nor it looked like any care was taken to reduce the service technician contact within the vehicle. I have gotten better service at other dealerships. Though I have to say the service advisor Mark was an awesome guy who explained all the work done in detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I didn’t notice the car wasn’t washed as per the promise until after I got in my car and Mark went back inside. It was end of day for service dept so I didn’t bother going back in to let Mark know.

The service we were told would take 3 hours, took 11 days. Expectations were never set properly, I was continually told the car would be available for pick up the next day. Then the part didn’t arrive, this happened 5 days in a row. In addition on most days I would have to call to get an update.
