Mark was very nice and answered all the questions I had for him. He helped me find a spot where I could sit and work without it being noisy as I had to be on a couple work calls and apologetic when it took longer to complete the work on my car. Was very helpful and will definitely be back to do my services there as he made my experience there very delightful! He’s doing a great job!

My Service rep was great however I’m afraid the service technician didn’t patch My tire properly or turn off my low tire warning because my car is still showing a low tire pressure warning.

Mark is great at his job. I changed where I take my car as I was fed up being sold stuff I didn’t need or being incessant. Mark was friendly, efficient and I’m definitely coming back.

The only reason I still come there is because Mark Kuzniar. He is the only competent person there. I will never buy another car from this establishment ans will tell everyone I know not to. I am stuck with this dealership because all the others are too far away. This dealership doesn't deserve Mark. He is great!!!

My technician was friendly and kind. The electronic communication regarding my service and timing was confusing. The car wash was probably the worst I have every gotten. Back of car was still completely dirty, and all windows had bad streaking and needed to be rewarded. I would opt out in the future if I were waiting just to speed things up.
