Mark's service care continues to be exceptional. The recent service started over a month ago with another service manager. The other service manager failed to properly order the replacement parts and we had to continue using the vehicle with intermittent BLIS for over a month. Mark was asked to take over the service request and within approximately 1.5 weeks the new parts were procured and the repair was completed. We really appreciate Mark's care and service.

Car interior had dirty hand prints on drivers seat an steering wheel otherwise service seems to have solved open issues and maintenance.

Asked for the wipers to be checked. I noted that the left wiper was hitting the side of windshield. Report says it was checked and working properly. Noticed it when I got home and called service. Left a VM and no return call.

Did not really fix the car. Volvo did not want to pay for new battery pack. The “fix” was, “just don’t let the battery go down to empty”. That is not a valid fix for a premium luxury car. We have to get this right. Need to escalate this with Volvo.

Mark has always been very professional and thorough. The manager Anna I meet for the first time. She is extremely knowledgeable and on top of all happenings in service. She holds a presence of security with the customers. Thank you to them both for being able to handle the extreme influx of customers during the strike.
