Front Brakes were done at 20,000 miles. There is no way they need to be redone 19,000 miles later. Sadly like many dealerships i feel like you give canned recommendations based on mileage not actual car condition/ needs. As a result I will likely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Mark has always been very helpful! I only came for my free oil change from purchasing my S90 earlier this year, and I also got a tree rotation too! Thank you to your great team for showing me it’s ok to buy another Volvo from another dealership! I had only shopped for my Volvo’s for 15 years from another competitor, but they did not have what I was looking for.

Can’t say enough good things about Mark. He really above and beyond in his customer service. Was very thorough going over documents and explaining those. He answered several questions and went in-depth on his answers. Really made me feel like he cared about my experience, and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, which I probably did. Thanks for the great work Mark!

Very easy first time in for me. Relocated from CT and much prefer the service here in Barrington. Looking forward to my next visit, as long as it's routine! :) Mark was attentive, on point, and up front which is always important.

Wish I had someplace to go instead of sitting for 4 hours. Loaner or at least ride I to town would have been nice. After driving an hour...Four hour wait for recall and then driving home....would have liked to been able to get out of there for something

Thank you for charging and helping with the animal damage. The tires are a problem. They are expensive and prone to blebs. Not service fault. Robbie and mark were great.
