Mark is great! I had a list of my quirky concerns and he addressed each one. I think McGrath is a first class dealership with employees that care and genuinely take care of the customer. I wish you’d open a Volvo dealership in Libertyville!

I am satisfied with my service pretty much from start to finish, the service worker that I met with was extremely professional and helpful and courteous and when I left the dealership in a very timely manner I felt it was a very enjoyable experience however this morning when I went to use my rear wiper blade to clear my window I noticed an unusual sound and when I pulled over to inspect my rear wired blade and lifted it from the window the wiper blade rubber piece with the metal bracket fell into my hand. Upon further inspection I found the plastic connector was still attached to the rear wiper blade arm and I spent 10+ minutes trying to reconnect everything back together so I'm not 100% sure what happened. I am confused why something this could have happened other than thinking than when my service was completed and turned over to detail for a quick wash the rear wiper blade was damaged.
