No, I am not satisfied. Three hours after the car was returned low tire pressure, brake light and low brake fluid ligjt is on. My daughter was scared to dive it home. I plan on driving it to your location on Monday when you open. Chris G

Mark was on the phone when I walked in. Did not acknowledge me. Then got off the phone and continued to ignore me. His assistant was helpful and did my intake. I am in customer service as a flight attendant and know good customer service when I see it. Mark has none of these important qualities. I drove an hour from Chicago to get there and waited 3 full hours for an oil change. I had to go ask Mark at the final hour if my car was ready. It was! But he was did not even take the time to let me know. Then when he went and retrieved the paperwork. I stood there at the counter while it took him 10 minutes just to finalize payment. Why? He said all computer systems not working. Well if that is the case Volvo should upgrade its system. That was ridiculous. Doubt I will be back to McGrath's in Barrington. Very disappointed.
